Outreach Strategy → Identify and prioritize studios, agencies, and businesses that align with our philosophy and can benefit from Arno’ work.
Proposal Crafting → Translate our design ethos into clear, compelling business cases that resonate with decision-makers.
Relationship Building → Develop and maintain authentic connections, guiding potential partners from first contact to long-term trust.
Growth Opportunities → Spot patterns in the market and position Arno to lead, ensuring our work is seen in the right spaces.
Who we're looking for
Someone with experience in partnerships or business development in design, creative, or tech. You’re confident in conversation, strategic in approach, and able to represent a premium design brand with nuance. You balance persistence with empathy, and you know how to make people feel understood.
