What you'll take ownership of

Client Communication → Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and valued.

Project Coordination → Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations, keeping work on track without compromising quality.

Feedback Translation → Gather, interpret, and communicate client feedback in ways that guide the team while maintaining alignment with our design standards.

Experience Design → Ensure that the client journey mirrors the same refinement and intent as the projects we deliver.

Who we're looking for

A professional with experience in client services or account management within design or creative industries. You’re organized, empathetic, and skilled at balancing structure with flexibility. You know how to earn trust, de-escalate tension, and make clients feel like true partners.
